What are the methods for syncing a guest list to Guestick?

There are 3 methods to synchronize the guest list with Guestick:  
1. Manual synchronization by importing an Excel file containing the guest list.    
2. Sending schedule XML report from Opera to a dedicated email address.  
3. Pulling the guest list from the Optima API.

How long is the guest list stored on Guestick servers?

The guest list can be stored for a period determined by the user, within the limits of the chosen plan.

What type of details are stored on Guestick servers?

Guestick stores the following guest details: name, room number, number of guests, accommodation details,
check-in date, check-out date, and arrival time for each meal. Please note that the stored data is encrypted. Guestick fully complies with GDPR regulations.

Is Guestick GDPR compliant?

Yes, Guestick is fully GDPR compliant and prioritizes security as a top concern.

How many dining rooms does each license include?

Each license permits the use of Guestick in a single dining room.

What is the 'Vouchers' feature?

The 'Vouchers' feature allows for the welcoming of guests arriving with vouchers, such as On-The-House vouchers, gift cards, spa vouchers etc.

How does the Guest Tagging feature work?

If data is synced manually, it should be included in the imported Excel file. If data  is received automatically, it is extracted from the VIP code field.

Does  Guestick require a dedicated device?

No, Guestick is a web-based application. All that is needed is a web browser and an available internet connection. Guestick works on any device type - PC, mac, laptop, tablet, smartphone.

What operating systems are supported?

Guestick is compatible with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux.

Do we need to install any applications to use Guestick?

No, both the kiosk and manager interfaces are web-based applications. All that is required is a web browser and an available internet connection.

What payment methods are available?
